My name is Ramona Barboza (Romy) my specialty is Spanish food and Latin food. My love for food began at the age of 14 attending a culinary art class in Paraguay, then I had to fly further to the idyllic Canary Islands (Spain) where I attended gastronomy school, that is where I fell in love with Spanish and Mediterranean food.

For 17 years I worked in the Canary Islands, Morocco and Paris, learning to love different flavors and enrich myself more professionally.
