Why should you apply?

By entering the awards, you’ll get the chance to:
- Spend time on your business plans, strategies, goals and accomplishments
- Enhance your brand recognition and reputation in your industry
- Boost employee morale by celebrating all the hard work and achievements
- Win the People’s Choice award as well as a category award because all business finalists are eligible.

Information Session
A Growing Understanding and Dantia are hosting an information session to support applicants on Wednesday 15 May at Dashworks. This could be helpful for anyone that would like to learn more and uncover the secrets to success and how to craft award-winning applications.
Don’t forget that previous applicants, finalists and winners are eligible to apply again this year and you can apply for multiple categories.
We have simplified the online application process and you don’t need to complete it all in one session. If it’s taking too long or you need support, Dantia are helping applicants and can be contacted via email at info@dantia.com.au or you can email questions to the Council awards team at business@lakemac.nsw.gov.au.
There are also helpful resources available to support you throughout the process. To enter the awards your application must be submitted by 11.59pm 19 May 2024. It’s worth the effort to invest in your staff and your business.

All businesses represented on Caves Beach Connect are owned or operated by locals that live in and around Caves Beach
although the businesses themselves may not necessarily operate in Caves Beach.
Our guiding principle for listing a business is for anyone that lives in or around Caves Beach and owns or
operates a business inside or outside of Caves Beach.
We want it to be a vehicle to encourage networking and for locals to support locals.
The views and opinions expressed by each business or community stakeholder are those of each business or community stakeholder and do not necessarily reflect the views of Caves Beach Connect.
Caves Beach Connect acknowledges the Aboriginal people known today as the Awabakal, as the traditional Custodians of the land, respecting Aboriginal Elders past, present and future. Caves Beach Connect recognises the local Aboriginal community today in all of their diversity, who came forward to share their experiences, knowledge, images and memories.
