Youth Slash n Bash is a fun, exciting, inclusive, unisex, welcoming, grom competition being held on the first weekend of May every year.
Both Oceanfire Surf and Newcastle Surf School are owned and run by dedicated surfers and parents. This family friendly aspect is something that we are extremely passionate about and we love to encourage all young ‘grommies’ to take part in a healthy, fun loving environment and to learn all aspects of competition, as well as the importance of good sportsmanship.
All this whilst developing friendships and also a sense of camaraderie and belonging.
